There is a standard day rate but each client is different so I will give you an exact price once we have discussed all your requirements.

How Far will you travel?

Anywhere, I have recently carried out a property portfolio in London for a leading letting agent. For any work that is carried out more local to me Mileage is charged at 45p per mile. The rate for the rest of the UK is 30p per mile and accommodation will need to be provided or paid for depending on where you are located. I have a base in London so mileage will be charged from the nearest of the two offices.
